vSecure Solutions LLC provides the following services:

• IT Solutions: Database migration, SAP integration, process automation, and custom software development
• Security Services: Personal security, event security, property protection, and surveillance systems
• Hotel Services: Night audit, front desk personnel, guest services, and hotel security
• Vigthoria.io: AI-powered automation platform and digital services

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our website and services are owned by vSecure Solutions LLC or our licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works based on our materials

For paid services:

• Fees are quoted and billed as agreed in your service contract
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated in writing
• Prices may be subject to change with 30 days notice

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• vSecure Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery.

This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You fail to pay for services when due
• Your use of services poses a security risk
• Required by law or regulation

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where vSecure Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for material changes

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
